Burn 9X More Fat

Our Workouts are based on a concept called “Metabolic Resistance Interval Training “, which  is scientifically proven to burn nine times more body fat than ordinary exercise and is used with unparalleled success at all of our Cleveland locations.

In a study published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning in 2008, the researchers  took 2 groups of people:

Group A performed 60 minutes of resistance training followed by 30 minutes of aerobic training.

Group B did the same exact resistance training, but they alternated the resistance training exercises with high intensity interval sprints on a treadmill (this is an example of Metabolic Resistance  Interval Training).

The findings were amazing!

Group B showed a significant difference in heart rate, lower body muscle strength and lower body endurance.

Group B showed an 82.2% increase in muscle gain.

And the best result  Group B had a 9-fold reduction in body fat.
