This workout features a 5 min minute dynamic warm-up, a 20 minute metabolic resistance interval training circuit, and a 5 min cool down.

Our 20 minute metabolic resistance interval training circuit is a total body workout designed to work every muscle in the body and will boost your metabolism for up to 38 hours AFTER your workout*.

It features a variety of exercises using equipment such as suspension trainers (i.e. TRX), kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, battling ropes, stability balls, sandbags, medicine balls, jump ropes, sleds, and bodyweight.
