    I play competitive women's flat track roller derby with NEO Roller Derby. I felt my game had hit a plateau and asthma was holding me back as well.     After 3 months of my own diet/fitness regime I was asked by my friend to attend a "holiday boot camp" class and immediately was apprehensive.
